Trucks, They’re Big, They’re Beautiful and They’re New!

The average age of the trucks in our fleet is less then 2 years and all are lease maintained through full service lease contracts with national vendors. All our straight trucks and trailers are liveried with the Action Freight logo, are Air Ride equipped and contain E-Track. Oversized lift gates and boxes insure that we can handle almost anything you want to throw at us. Each truck utilizes a two-way radio with a very broad range (80 miles) for communications in addition to the driver’s pagers and cell phone.

Pick up & Delivery

We offer expedited pick up and delivery areas with in a 40 miles radius of Austin, Texas. ACI areas A through D. Some might call these the standard services a cartage company performs but you will find, in short time with us, that our services are for above "standard". Tracking your shipment is live from the time we recover it, Pods and charges are available on our web site within five minutes of the delivery. If you are an E-Trac* subscriber the information will be delivered to your system with no effort from you.

Specialized Services

We see this increasing part of our business as a growth market. You ask and we will do our best to figure out how to get it done.

• Home Delivery & Installation assistance. We’ll meet a tech at a residence and deliver inside and help unpack and plug in. If necessary we provide protective booties and floor coverings to our personnel.
• Delivering and picking up specialized equipment to/from hospitals and high tech firms. We bring the floor protection and equipment to assist the techs in putting this gear in the right place.
• Asset Recovery. Picking up computers and other electronic equipment being returned to the manufacturer or reseller at the end of a lease term. We palletize, pack and wrap at the shipper’s location.
• Charter Hot Shots. We will pick up your package and your courier and meet the plane at any of the local airports.
• To support the above services we provide moving blankets, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, straps, tie downs, moving dollies, extra help, pallets, shoe coverings.

Hot Shots

On demand hot shots, in town around the corner, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Laredo all around the state. We have deep resources to provide on demand truck when many others can not.

• Transportation Bond & Bonded Cartman: Local moves or longer we are bonded with U. S. Customs for this movement.
• Customs Exam Site: Our facility is used by Customs for inspections. In conjunction with this service we offer marking, container build & break, extra labor for exams plus pick up and delivery of these goods.
• Container Freight Station: Use our bonded facility to work your ocean containers for both build up and break down.

WAREHOUSE

Warehouse and Dedicated Trucks

• Action Freight Services offers many warehouse services, some warehouse offerings are:
• Retail inventory storage
• Build-up and breakdown aircraft pallets.
• IT Recovery packing and palletization. (Both in the warehouse and at the site)
• Load and unload ocean containers for distribution, CFS and U.S. Customs Exams.
• Cross-dock for Expedited and Motor Freight less-than-load and full-load carriers.
• Small part "pick and pull" operations.

DEDICATED TRUCKS
Whether you need a truck for 4 hours a day, 1 day a week, weekly or for 24/7 we can provide truck and driver for you on a dedicated basis. We hire the driver and buy the truck; you just use the part you need when you need it and give it back when you are finished.
